A Little History About Myself

 

I have been involved in Real Estate in 4 different states, Oregon, Washington, Texas and now finally Arizona. It’s been a 25 year journey and has brought many different types of experiences as each state is different when it comes to buying and selling real estate.

Arizona has always seen it’s share of up and down real estate activity some high, some low, but always active. Why? Because we have great weather, a dry climate, no hurricanes or catastrophic floods and lots of activities of different kinds and interests. Oh, and one more thing it doesn’t have much of… RAIN! I know it sounds weird, but I moved from Oregon which is the rain capitol of the world! LOL! After 90 days of overcast skies with no sunshine we left the rainy state for Texas, lived there for 3 years in Austin, then moved here to Scottsdale, AZ.

Since my arrival here in Arizona I have never looked back. It’s my last place to live now and has been for nearly 10 happy years.

The tools of the Trade

 

I am a highly service and technology driven realtor with everything Apple. I proudly own and actively use my iMac, Macbook Air (I’m using it right now to write this about me), iPad and iPhone. I text message, e mail, answer my phone and respond usually within seconds.

I also have an arsenal of human tools I use such as my lender, Angie Keene of Amerifirst Mortgage, who has been doing business for nearly 25 years as an experienced Mortgage lender. The other human tools are my qualified real estate experts like Kevin at Primespec Home Inspections, a fully licensed and qualified home inspector who produces a readable home inspection report and spends time explaining those findings to you in person. My preferred title company, Mark Bartlemus and his staff at First AZ Title do a fantastic job of following up, providing help with my short sale negotiation paper flow. Then there’s My Handyman, Contractor, Builder, landscaper, property manager and the list get’s longer and longer.

 

I List, Market & Sell Homes Too!

My sellers get a powerful marketing and advertising campaign of their properties through my advanced on line services where I syndicate world wide through all the apparatus I have in place and of course the advice they receive in pricing their home correctly based on the accurate data and research I provide it a big plus.

 

I Speak Up!

 

I am also actively involved in Social Media such as Facebook & Twitter which is another area I use to help market properties and connect with people. I have been an active blogger both for real Estate and for Business on several different sites like Trulia, Zillow and more.
